Any disputes related to your registered account that require resolution and settlement are to be escalated to our customer support over Live-Chat or via mail on support@casinomidas.com, who’ll guide you through your dispute. We will do our utmost to resolve any matters within a reasonable time frame. Please note that we will distinguish in between disputes and complaints.

You will be asked for the nature of your dispute, and if this qualifies as such, your dispute will be handled accordingly, and you will be notified at various stages of your dispute process stages. We are committed to fair play, and therefore any disputes will be handled with utmost urgency.
